• This position is responsible for sales penetration for a specific account or group of accounts • Expected to maximize growth by developing meaningful customer relationships • Strategic sales planning and account value maximization • Broaden presence in existing accounts and convert competitive accounts • Coordinate with local Regional Account Managers to best serve customers • Customer visits and on-site consultation to drive solutions is expected

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience • Previous success in a selling role • Experience in setting and achieving quotas • Plastic Reusable Packaging Experience preferred • Proven communication skills • Proven ability to sell to large customers • Contract negotiation skills
