β€’ Drive strategic paid social media campaigns within the team as well as help develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed business objectives β€’ Monitor and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns β€’ Making adjustments as needed, depending on business needs β€’ Act as a subject matter expert in existing and emerging social media trends, specifically as it relates to advertising and promotional content β€’ Oversee the pitching, creation, and activation of all Men in Blazers Media Network paid social media campaigns β€’ Stay up to date on social media trends in and around the sport of soccer, to best position our marketing campaigns β€’ Help develop efficient sales packages through Social channels and YouTube, and any other form of media in the Men in Blazers Media Network β€’ Assist cross functional teams, such as the sales & partnership teams, in compiling & analyzing data and KPIs to form new, creative, strategies

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of directly related experience β€’ 3+ years working with Facebook & Twitter ads platforms with hands-on experience managing and optimizing buys through API and/or self-serve tools β€’ Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements β€’ Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills β€’ Previous leadership/management experience is preferred β€’ Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting β€’ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
