Description

• Spend significant time in the field, interacting with ECP companies, 3rd party customers, and end-users. • Educate customers on value-added solutions, including turn-key projects, automation/electrical, and fabrication services. • Create and prepare timely quotations for projects, with diligent follow-through at every opportunity. • Prepare forecasts and sales plans/strategies. • Facilitate the MSA process with new customers. • Collaborate closely with the branch service department for commissioning activities to ensure customer’s expectations are met. • Partner with the service department to present and close Preventative Maintenance Agreements for customer aftersales support. • Work flexibly under deadlines as dictated by customer needs and schedules. • Conduct quarterly check-in meetings with customers to ensure service expectations were being met.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred, or equivalent experience is required. • 3+ years of engineered product or related industry experience, including direct sales. • Demonstrated technical expertise in instrument air systems and power generation products, including equipment sizing and the ability to read engineered drawings. • Familiarity with MS software applications and experience working in ERP/CRM programs. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. • Must be an independent self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-volume setting.
