β’ Proactively identify and pursue leads within the health and wellness sector through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. β’ Conduct persuasive and informative sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services and converting leads into sales. β’ Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support to facilitate their integration with our products/services. β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. β’ Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service. β’ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
β’ Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. β’ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. β’ Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. β’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment. β’ Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products/services is preferred. β’ Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools. β’ Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with compensation based on performance.
