• The Global Key Account Manager, Biopharma, is responsible for building and sustaining long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships with selected Global Key Accounts worldwide. • Develop and execute a Miltenyi Biotec corporate-wide strategy to drive sustainable business growth with assigned global key accounts. • Establish and cultivate enduring, value-driven, and trust-based relationships with senior leadership and key decision-makers at customer organizations. • Interact effectively at Director, VP, and Executive levels to communicate compelling value propositions with demonstrable benefits. • Advocate for the customers within the organization. • Own account mapping activities, leverage business insights & analytics to identify new business development opportunities.
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, Ph.D.) in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field complemented by 10+ years in a customer-facing role with increasing levels of responsibility, including demonstrable leadership or direct management experience. • Experience in the Life Science Industry with a deep understanding of the pharma and biotech markets. • Specific experience in the Cell and Gene Therapies domain is highly desirable. • Global key account management experience with a proven ability to sell and articulate impactful value propositions to senior management and executive levels. • Proven ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Ability to drive strategies to execution, with strong collaboration and project management skills. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; capable of influencing without authority; self-awareness and high emotional intelligence. • Strategic and critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, balanced with vision and innovative thinking. • Confident yet humble, assertive yet diplomatic, entrepreneurial yet collaborative
