β€’ Integral role in the Customer Development team driving upsell opportunities. β€’ Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual upsell revenue. β€’ Mitigating Downsell and Churn in your book of business. β€’ Forecast accurately for Upsell, Downsell and Churn. β€’ Work with the Partner / Channel Development team to develop and execute account plans. β€’ Develop sales activity plans to achieve revenue quota.

Requirements

β€’ In-depth understanding of the corporate technology landscape, including cloud computing. β€’ Strong work ethic. β€’ IT sales experience (ideally within Email / Messaging / Security / Storage). β€’ Experience in both Direct & In-Direct sales roles. β€’ Understanding of Corporate IT teams and their buying processes. β€’ Strong business / commercial acumen.
