We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. We encourage qualified applicants from all industries to apply, especially front desk, hospitality, and retail. β€’ Responsibilities include: β€’ Communicate with clients regarding balances, partner with them to ensure accurate information and payment is received. β€’ Strategize with clients on ways to complete their overdue payments. β€’ Educate clients on insurance benefit details and financial responsibility. β€’ Navigate escalated calls with empathy and healthy boundary-setting. β€’ Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and daily tasks.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in a customer service role with performance metrics β€’ Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively β€’ A resilient mindset to work through difficult calls with compassion β€’ Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow β€’ A team-oriented mindset to foster collaboration and new ideas β€’ Experience with high call volume β€’ Working knowledge of Excel (preferred but not required) β€’ Basic understanding of health insurance (preferred but not required)
