Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across Europe • Driving sales by finding and developing new customers • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pathologists, hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and market demands • Serve as an individual contributor responsible for achieving sales targets, with the potential to grow as the market expands • Represent Mindpeak AI at industry conferences and events, showcasing our cutting-edge solutions • Provide feedback to the executive team on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred • 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or digital health, with a preference for experience in pathology-related sales • Knowledge of cancer diagnostics industry and histopathology is a plus • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with established relationships among key European accounts • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Growth mindset • Resourceful, resilient, and ambitious • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
