• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of experience in sales in a business-to-business sales environment, or related fields • 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets • Experience within Payments Processing, Merchant Services, or other adjacent fields preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes and techniques • Strong negotiation and analytical skills • Successful closing skills and the ability to solve problems • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work autonomously with little guidance from management • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining composure • Proficiency in Salesforce, preferred
