Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with transportation providers • Manages transportation execution across all modes • Identifies opportunities for improvement through ongoing provider communication • Conducts training sessions for providers • Drives performance in key metrics • Partners with Operations leadership to drive process improvements • Utilizes data to identify root causes • Makes provider relationship decisions • Supports safety and compliance • Creates and influences solutions for provider network improvements • Identifies, develops, and improves strategies for provider performance management • Participates in other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Three (3) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Customer service mindset • Solid decision-making and judgment skills • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) • Knowledge of LSI proprietary software • Familiarity in all multiple aspects of non-emergency transportation brokerage
