β’ Monte Carlo is growing its Sales Engineering team to accelerate rapid growth. β’ As a Sales Engineer, you will provide excellent technical guidance and support to the sales team. β’ Deliver demos and successful evaluation processes, plan production rollouts, and provide technical solutions. β’ Advocate cross-functionally for the customerβs needs and create content to scale your work. β’ Travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.
β’ 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success for a technical product. β’ Previous experience working with data products/solutions is highly preferred. β’ Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment β’ High degree of ownership. A relentless desire to solve customer problems and chase down answers β’ Business acumen to drill into the value a solution such as Monte Carlo brings to our customers β’ Technical acumen to understand and explain complex data architecture β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with different salespeople, and support other SEs where needed β’ Firm understanding/experience of at least some of the following: cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts and workflows, BI solutions, and SQL
