Description

β€’ Monte Carlo is growing its Sales Engineering team to accelerate rapid growth. β€’ As a Sales Engineer, you will provide excellent technical guidance and support to the sales team. β€’ Deliver demos and successful evaluation processes, plan production rollouts, and provide technical solutions. β€’ Advocate cross-functionally for the customer’s needs and create content to scale your work. β€’ Travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success for a technical product. β€’ Previous experience working with data products/solutions is highly preferred. β€’ Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment β€’ High degree of ownership. A relentless desire to solve customer problems and chase down answers β€’ Business acumen to drill into the value a solution such as Monte Carlo brings to our customers β€’ Technical acumen to understand and explain complex data architecture β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with different salespeople, and support other SEs where needed β€’ Firm understanding/experience of at least some of the following: cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts and workflows, BI solutions, and SQL
