Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience • 1+ years of recruiting or agency sales experience • Ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise communication with fantastic interpersonal skills • Experience selling into HR/talent orgs, or a strong understanding of HR / AI • Hustler mindset - This is an outbound position! • Can thrive in an ambiguous environment • Drive to be the best and grow your career • Highly organized and able to perform operational multitasking
