Description

• Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying, qualifying, and closing new business partnerships • Maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction and revenue growth • Implement effective Farmer and Hunter sales strategies from prospecting to closing • Understand technical implementations and leverage industry knowledge for tailored sales approaches • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams • Track sales activities and generate reports for trend analysis and decision-making • Prepare and deliver client presentations showcasing product value

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Sales experience • Strong understanding of the Education market and how technology is adopted • Proficiency in consultative selling approaches, with the ability to explain complex technology and processes • Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce • Ability to review agreements and identify business risk and negotiate business terms • Ability to meet financial targets and manage sales processes efficiently • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills • Travel Requirement: Up to 15%
