• The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and attaining quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. • Key Responsibilities: Identify, define, and qualify new sales opportunities by engaging large-sized prospects and clients, with a primary focus on securing strategic, high-value deals with new and existing clients. • Strategize selling approaches and revenue growth plans in collaboration with business unit leadership to drive significant business impact. • Proactively identify market trends and conditions, industry changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats in order to pivot selling strategies, as needed. • Track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and prospects in Salesforce. • Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management and quota attainment set by WellSky.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
