Description

Lead Moxie's sales team, driving growth and refining inbound and outbound strategies to support entrepreneurs in the aesthetics business. Develop a high-performing sales team, enhance sales systems, and optimize conversion across our inbound funnel.

Requirements

Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of hiring, managing, and coaching sales reps to maximize performance. Experience developing and implementing sales playbooks for both inbound and outbound strategies, particularly with SMB clients, targeting hundreds of new accounts annually. Proven success building a repeatable, measurable outbound strategy from early wins to a well-oiled machine. Strong analytical mindset; you regularly leverage data and metrics to drive performance improvements. Experience setting rep quotas, forecasting sales, and budgeting for a sales team. Funnel metric expertise: You’re comfortable using funnel metrics to drive decisions and adjust tactics. Early-stage experience: You’ve successfully navigated similar challenges in startups prior to Series C.
