Description

• Coordination, attendance, and management of internal and external events, conferences, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities • Direct collaboration with Executives to comprehend and integrate our organizational culture into Marketing initiatives • Data analytics and research to bolster the Sales and Marketing teams • Creation and production of advertisements and marketing collateral, preferably utilizing Canva • Implementation and monitoring of marketing and advertising plans • Development and execution of a content calendar for email campaigns, social media, and print materials • Management of marketing inventory, including ordering, tracking, shipping, and design • Establishment and tracking of systems to enhance process efficiency • Simultaneous management of multiple campaigns and logistics for event coordination • Preparation of contracts and sales documents highlighting our competitive advantage • Utilization of reporting features in Pipedrive for tracking client conversations and relationships • Facilitation of route planning and mapping for the Business Development Team • Provision of reactive and proactive administrative support for the Business Development Team • Organization of travel arrangements and accommodations • Support of conference and event planning and execution • Attendance and support of sales meetings, including facilitation of follow-up tasks • Management of company tours in Texas and New Hampshire, including coordination of locations and accommodations • Coordination of shipping for conference materials • Sending of correspondence on behalf of the Sales Consultants • Scheduling of appointments, organization of sales materials, and attendance of client-facing meetings • Monitoring of requests for website edits • Maintenance of the marketing inventory system • Management and distribution of company marketing print materials to field representatives and clients

Requirements

• Resourceful and innovative spirit • Proficiency in Pipedrive • Proficiency in Smartsheets • Experience in designing using Canva or similar software • Proficient in logistics management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with computers, Google Suite, Microsoft Office applications (specifically Microsoft Word), and Windows operating systems • Ability to use Constant Contact for external client communication • Ability to thrive in a team environment and be a strong team player • Capable of meeting deadlines • Strong organization, confidentiality, and time management skills • Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time • Ability to multitask • Able to embody and uphold MSB's Guiding Principles • Capable of engaging with clients and building strong relationships within the market • Effective time management to facilitate multitasking for a team of sales leaders
