β’ Conduct outbound prospecting to franchise owners and small business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn. β’ Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into scheduled appointments for our Sales Team. β’ Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. β’ Identify decision-makers and uncover pain points related to recruiting and staffing needs. β’ Craft personalized messaging to engage prospects and book meetings. β’ Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. β’ Hit or exceed weekly targets for calls, emails, and booked meetings.
β’ 1+ year(s) experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or appointment setting role (bonus points for experience in recruiting or franchising!). β’ Strong communication skills β confident on the phone and clear in writing. β’ Comfortable using CRM systems (we use Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. β’ Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills. β’ Self-motivated, positive, and hungry to learn and grow. β’ Professional, persistent, and able to handle objections with ease. β’ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
