Description

• We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help us maintain and grow our managed accounts business. • You will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships – closing contract renewals and identifying and closing new opportunities. • You will work closely with our pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• An IT related degree or passion for technology • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and objectives • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Familiarity with cloud MSP tools, processes, and best practices • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience selling Azure cloud services, Microsoft Solutions or Networking and Connectivity solutions is desirable
