📋 Description
• Understand each customer and their active services with NCC. • Maximize performance with all NCC products and upsell additional services. • Assess attrition reports to identify potential defecting accounts. • Review customer account activity for proactive solutions. • Provide first line of contact and support to clients. • Perform ongoing retention activities including monthly calls and emails. • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs during the first 90 days. • Leverage account segmentation to exceed monthly revenue goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Three years of experience in an Automotive Retail BDC or B2B Account Management role. • Knowledge of F&I required. • 2+ years of proven KPI-driven cross-sell/upsell experience and ability to identify opportunities required. • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communications skills • Excellent presentation skills
