Description

• Conduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io to identify and target digital agencies and freelancers. • Onboard New Agencies: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new agencies onto the Bluehost platform, ensuring they are well-integrated and supported. • Cultivate Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with digital agencies to foster partnerships. • Identify Sales Opportunities: Analyze digital agencies' business models and client types to uncover potential sales opportunities. • Manage Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of agencies, uncovering net-new sales opportunities increasing adoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost. • Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management. • Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and daily sales targets. • Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope. • Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication. • Close Sales with Integrity: Apply robust sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales ethically. • Demonstrate Commitment to Success: Show a strong commitment to consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals. • Communicate Persuasively: Excel in both verbal and written communication, influencing and engaging stakeholders. • Support SMBs: Demonstrate a deep passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.

Requirements

• Industry & Product Experience: General knowledge around hosting, WordPress and Cloud solutions. • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle. • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with digital agencies and their clients. • Analytical Ability: Proficiency in understanding the business models of digital agencies and identifying sales opportunities. • Account Management Skills: Experience in managing a book of business and growing adoption & revenue. • Exceptional Communication Skills: Persuasive and effective in both verbal and written communication. • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed. • Interpersonal Skills: Extraordinary ability to thrive, multitask, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment. • High Ethical Standards: Strong integrity in sales and customer relationships. • Self-Motivated: Driven to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives. • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to provide effective issue resolutions within our support scope. • Sales Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tools such as 6sense and Outreach.io, along with general tech savviness.
