Description

• Support multi-tier serviced accounts. • Manage client relationships. • Act as primary client point of contact. • Develop and implement competitive insurance programs. • Manage onboarding process of new clients. • Prepare client communications and finalize delivery. • Collaborate with producers, clients, and underwriters. • Maintain current files and prepare policy renewal questionnaires. • Perform contract reviews for clients. • Manage documents in agency management systems. • Provide training to Account Coordinators. • May manage Account Coordinators and Assistants. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of brokerage experience. • Property and Casualty insurance experience required. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Resourceful, initiative, problem-solving skills. • Works well in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability and flexibility to client needs. • Excellent time management skills. • Ability to learn and use technology systems. • Excellent at multi-tasking. • Intermediate project planning and management skills. • Ability to build trust and forge relationships.
