• This is a remote position. • Are you ready to own your sales success? • We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives on closing deals and building lasting client relationships. • This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of tech and recruitment. • At Nexton, we make nearshore headhunting as seamless as hiring locally in the U.S., while transforming the lives of Latin American engineers. • We deliver exceptional customer experiences, obsessively hand-matching and vetting talents through real engineers. • In an era dominated by AI, our key differentiator remains unchanged: the Human Touch. • As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll bring this philosophy to life—building strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring outstanding service throughout the sales process. • Responsibilities: Take charge of the entire sales cycle: generate, qualify, and close your own leads. • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. • Partner with executive leadership to refine and implement effective sales strategies. • Represent the company at in-person events, building connections and expanding opportunities.

• Proven Sales Achievements: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience closing high-value deals and managing key accounts. • Success in creating and executing impactful sales strategies. • Industry Expertise: Experience in SaaS or recruiting services. • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. • A Robust Network: Established industry connections and potential client relationships. • Proven ability to identify and generate leads using your professional network. • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strategic thinker with strong pipeline management skills. • Self-driven and thrives in fast-paced environments.
