📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the launch and expansion of our new slewing drive for solar trackers. • This individual will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for this innovative product. • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape specific to slewing drives and photovoltaic trackers. • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor the product offerings effectively. • Develop and implement a robust business development strategy for the slewing drive product line. • Drive sales efforts to achieve or exceed revenue targets for the slewing drive product. • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the solar industry. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns for the slewing drive product. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback specific to the slewing drive product.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the solar or renewable energy sector. • Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and partnership development specific to solar technologies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel as needed.
