Description

• Responsible for promoting company products and services to existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within the assigned territory. • Focus on supporting customers in the Eastern US region including ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY, and RI. • Regular and frequent travel (up to 75%) is required. • Use experience in sheet metal fabrication to improve customers’ productivity. • Training related to product offering will be provided. • Assist customers by demonstrating how advanced tooling applications improve manufacturing efficiencies. • Build rapport with accounts and provide necessary assistance. • Perform demonstrations of company products or services at customer locations. • Maintain accurate records including meetings, expense reports, customer profiles, and other documentation. • Provide accurate information to customer service to ensure accurate quoting and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and/or operations is required. • Residence within the territory (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, or Rhode Island) is required. • Ability to travel within your territory (up to 75%) and overnight travel required. • Shop experience with punch presses, lasers, and/or press brakes is required. • Knowledge of and/or experience with Mate tooling is strongly preferred. • Strong technical skills. • Sales experience is a plus. • Professional demeanor and appearance with good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently. • Strong team player. • High level of integrity and work ethic. • Ability to utilize Microsoft products and CRM software. • Possess a valid driver’s license. • High school diploma or GED required.
