Requirements

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in an account management and business development role; industry applicable experience a must • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding financial targets • Proven sales executive experience, meeting and/or exceeding individual and team revenue targets against assigned territory, sector and/or accounts • Experience in selling market research focused products and integrated sponsorship solutions • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to close independently • Keen ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our products and solutions in a consultative manner • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level • Industry-specific knowledge of trends and behaviors across the sports, esports, and gaming landscapes, specifically as it relates to the sponsorship lifecycle for buyers and sellers • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or related field • 5-8+ years of experience within the sports marketing, media or research industry • Effective organizational skills providing the ability to identify priorities and meet all deadlines assigned • Customer-centric work experience with ability to establish and maintain customer relationships • Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail • Ability to independently analyze data, draw conclusions and provide recommendations and insights • Self-starter with excellent initiative and communication skills • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products, specifically Excel (pivot tables, functions, formulas, charts, graphs) and PowerPoint and Google-Suite products
