• Seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Account Executive • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hydro dam customers • Identify and research potential clients • Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings and product demonstrations • Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns • Navigate complex sales cycles and close deals • Build relationships with C-level executives • Provide customer feedback and market insights to product team • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology industry • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level buying processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of enterprise software, SaaS models • Willingness to travel as required • Basic understanding of civil engineering/infrastructure is a plus
