β€’ Reporting Manager: Sales Manager - North America β€’ Location: Remote in South Africa (working US Hours: 4pm - 12am SAST) β€’ At Nivoda, we are not just growing; we are scaling at an unprecedented pace, and we need world-class talent to join us on this journey to 10-figure GMV. β€’ As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be at the forefront of this growth, leading the charge in transforming potential into partnership and partnership into exponential growth. β€’ Our core DNA: we start with the customer and seek to understand. β€’ You will be the architect of customer growth and success, guiding clients from their first interaction with Nivoda to becoming lifelong advocates of our platform.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Fluent in English β€’ A passion for high-growth environments and a relentless drive to make things happen. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 4+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. β€’ A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and an analytical approach to decision-making. β€’ Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market. β€’ Strong data analytics skills, with a history of using insights to drive business decisions. β€’ Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management. β€’ Experience in driving strategic initiatives in a rapidly scaling environment.
