• Evaluate, identify, and develop customer relationships. • Build the company’s brand and expand customer loyalty. • Identify and maintain sales opportunities and manage accounts. • Develop and implement a vertical plan and geographic strategy. • Interact with customers daily via visits and communication methods. • Multi-task and use professional time management skills to complete tasks. • Present a professional appearance and positive attitude. • Exceed revenue and profit goals on a quarterly basis. • Develop customer insights and maintain relationships. • Manage weekly reports, pipeline of sales opportunities, and quotes. • Travel to clients and attend events for sales opportunities. • Develop competitive intelligence and communicate market threats. • Create strategies for business development through research. • Train customers' employees on product technology and use. • Maintain a Google calendar with professional sales activities. • Collaborate with team members and submit required reports on time.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager. • Established understanding of Government Sales and Federal Contracting. • Experience working with the Department of Defense, Military, Federal Agencies, Law Enforcement, and commercial private sector. • Ability to complete work within given deadlines with little supervision. • Ability to carry out skillful negotiations. • Strong communication skills. • Must possess a valid driver’s license. • Ability to obtain security clearance.
