β’ The Account Manager achieves business financial objectives in respective customer accounts. β’ Responsible for customer engagement and sales case ownership for the following: opportunity and offer strategy, customer pricing files, creating and maintaining sales opportunity, order forecast. β’ Creates and manages sales relationships for strategically important accounts / within broad product or business areas. β’ Develops sales strategies and practices to achieve revenue targets and service goals for the customer accounts. β’ Participates in pricing strategies as well as contract negotiations and is responsible for providing professional support in order to generate orders.
β’ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience β’ At least 10 years of technology direct sales experience selling into large Fortune 500 Enterprise customers. β’ Demonstrated previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas: Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper converged infrastructure or Cloud computing β’ Proficient in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner or end user is a requirement. β’ Must have strong personal network that covers relationships within the territory β’ Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets β’ Build and manage relationships with the right Nokia partners to deliver a holistic GTM model to help win deals and develop pipelines. β’ Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels β’ The ability to thrive in a global matrix environment, where direct authority over key resources is limited but essential to success.
