Description

β€’ The Account Manager achieves business financial objectives in respective customer accounts. β€’ Responsible for customer engagement and sales case ownership for the following: opportunity and offer strategy, customer pricing files, creating and maintaining sales opportunity, order forecast. β€’ Creates and manages sales relationships for strategically important accounts / within broad product or business areas. β€’ Develops sales strategies and practices to achieve revenue targets and service goals for the customer accounts. β€’ Participates in pricing strategies as well as contract negotiations and is responsible for providing professional support in order to generate orders.

Requirements

β€’ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience β€’ At least 10 years of technology direct sales experience selling into large Fortune 500 Enterprise customers. β€’ Demonstrated previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas: Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper converged infrastructure or Cloud computing β€’ Proficient in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner or end user is a requirement. β€’ Must have strong personal network that covers relationships within the territory β€’ Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets β€’ Build and manage relationships with the right Nokia partners to deliver a holistic GTM model to help win deals and develop pipelines. β€’ Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels β€’ The ability to thrive in a global matrix environment, where direct authority over key resources is limited but essential to success.
