📋 Description
• The focus of the Business Development Director is to recruit and develop new Independent Sales Organizations (ISO), Agents, ISVs, and FI and Non FI Strategic relationships primarily through non-self generated leads. • Responsible for growing a network of prospects to acquire new sales partners and to develop strong relationships with clients to maximize revenue.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum three (3) years’ of proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting 1099/ISOs • Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota. • Solid understanding of merchant services industry. • Track record of growing revenue.
