Description

• North One is looking for a Founding Account Executive for SMBs. • You’ll work with our world-class Customer Operations team. • Collaborate with Leadership team to build the playbook for selling North One to prospective customers. • Consult with prospective SMB customers to understand their business banking needs. • Maintain good pipeline hygiene in North One’s CRM.

Requirements

• Experience selling at a tech startup is a must. You’ve done this before. • You have a minimum 3 years experience selling to SMBs. • You have a consistent record of meeting or exceeding your quota. • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can confidently speak to prospective customers. • You have familiarity working in HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM. • You’re self motivated, proactive, have an owner mentality and a deep desire to win. • Some experience upselling and cross-selling existing customers is a significant asset.
