📋 Description

•Are you interested in working on the plans of the future? Do you have experience with 402(a), 3(16), or PEPs? If so, Nova 401(k) Associates may have a “wow” position for you with 401(k) Administration Program, Inc. (AMP)! •AMP is looking to fill fully remote Defined Contribution PEP/402(a) Account Manager positions. •We offer a competitive compensation package including medical insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an HSA. •We are in the process of transforming our Account Manager positions to focus more on review and client/advisor service. •Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.

🎯 Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of 401(k) plan administration experience and/or minimum of 5 years of experience consulting on 401(k) plan administration •Experience with pricing and billing a plus •Familiarity with PEP, 402(a), and/or 3(16) service models and providers a plus •Excellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing •NIPA or ASPPA credentials •College degree •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Excellent organizational skills •High level of critical thinking •Ability to multitask •Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
