Description

• Play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to increase revenue streams. • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, negotiating and closing new business deals. • Stay ahead of market trends to identify new business opportunities in target markets • Recommend attractive business areas for acquisition, partnership, and strategic investments. • Create and optimize pipeline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends. • Drive innovation, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency. • Establish and manage indirect sales channel partners.

Requirements

• University degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred. • Typically requires 10+ years’ experience. • Possess deep expertise and proven track record of successful business development, technical sales, and leadership. • Highly skilled in identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities with market-leading customers in a business-to-business environment. • Be skilled in managing complex strategic initiatives and developing innovative solutions to complex problems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels to achieve results. • Possess high business acumen and the ability to effectively advise senior management on specific investment opportunities based on thorough analysis and evaluation in the context of ATI’s strategic priorities.
