Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technology or software β€’ Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred. API/EDI experience a major bonus β€’ Experience successfully managing and exceeding customer expectations β€’ Excellent soft sales skills, with a passion for translating the complex into the simple β€’ Ability to assemble a compelling story in a deck using Google Slides β€’ Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational and collaborative skills β€’ Self-motivated, enthusiastic & positive attitude β€’ Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, high-growth, and fast paced environment β€’ Driven to win and to hit assigned quantitative goals β€’ Comfort with standard Account Management technology and tooling, such as Salesforce, Google Suite, ChurnZero, Sigma, etc
