• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to oversee our US market operations. • This role is pivotal in driving growth by nurturing existing client relationships and expanding our customer base. • We are looking for a motivated, success-driven person with clear focus on business results. • An analytical person with strong communication and negotiation skills is a requirement. • Experience in team lead is beneficial. • The Senior Sales Director works along with a team of Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers being his dedicated team to serve our existing customers and prospects in Northern America. • This is a remote job being based in the Northern part of America (preferable USA) and it requires high mobility to meet the customers.
• Experience selling in the domain of operators for IPTV, Cable, Satellite and OTT • Minimum of 5–10 years of sales experience in the TV software industry, with a focus on SaaS. • Proven track record in the TV/media sector is highly desirable. • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts. • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Have demonstrated success in planning and managing a personal business portfolio by territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a distributed team. • Fast learner person, able to understand the product and the audience/Industry. • The ideal candidate feels comfortable working in a high growth environment, with low supervision. • He/she is a self-starter and ambitious person.
