β€’ About N-Power Medicine β€’ N-Power Medicine is a company leading the reinvention of the clinical trial process. β€’ N-Power partners with community oncologists through its proprietary real-time Kaleido Registry and AI-enabled point-of-care platform. β€’ Position Overview - N-Power Medicine is hiring a Business Development Manager. β€’ This position supports every step of the Pharma/Biotech sales cycle, from lead acquisition through deal close. β€’ Role Objectives and Responsibilities include developing lead acquisition strategies. β€’ Leading a cross-functional team across Business Development, Medical, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, and Legal. β€’ Support contract negotiations and ensure a smooth handoff of projects from Business Development to Operations. β€’ Regular reporting on the status of the Business Development pipeline and overall Pharma portfolio. β€’ Attending industry conferences and actively networking to develop and maintain industry contacts.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree in a business or life science discipline β€’ A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a life sciences or sales role that includes familiarity with the pharma and biotech drug development process β€’ Ability to lead presentations and discussions with a scientific audience β€’ Experience with consultative selling, especially in complex industries β€’ Experience with customer mapping or competitive landscaping β€’ Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships β€’ Confident communication skills, including presentation and negotiation β€’ Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and building consensus β€’ Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth β€’ Generous, Curious & Humble.
