📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Account Supervisor/Account Manager (AS/AM) is responsible for overseeing project teams to ensure high-quality client service and performance. • They will have a solid understanding of Edelman’s various Communications Marketing processes, approaches, and capabilities, including public engagement, message workshops, master narrative assignments, brand engagement, and stakeholder mapping exercises. • The AS/AM will be able to recommend appropriate tactics to clients and lead small teams in project implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing or related fields, such as research, advertising, or management consulting. • Proven ability and experience in client service, managing large projects, and leading small teams across one or more significant accounts. • A comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses and missions, as well as key stakeholders—including consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, and partners—and the ability to communicate this knowledge to team members. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and review work effectively. • Familiarity with best practice integrated Social Media Management and Marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to recommend them to clients.
