📋 Description

• Sales, strategy, and project management in the service of our client relationships. • As an Account Director, your primary focus will be on strategizing and growing existing accounts. • You will manage relationships, offer technical expertise, and consistently deliver value. • Collaborating with your clients, you will help them develop their annual digital budgets based on strategic initiatives that you and the account team identify and promote. • You will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our mid- to enterprise-sized clients. • Ntara ensures that when an Account Director sells a project, they remain involved for the entire duration of the account, allowing for long-term relationships with clients. • Communicating effectively with clients and rallying the internal team is a critical part of this role.

🎯 Requirements

• Systems integrator, digital agency, or client-side digital experience is REQUIRED. • Four-year college degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of sales experience in an account-facing, consultative role. • Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem principles. • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including previous experience writing contracts, requirements documentation, statements of work, or equivalent. • Consultation skills—this means taking a lot of information from a lot of different sources, quickly making sense of it, and charting a path forward. • Presentation skills—you need to be able to lead the creation of presentations that express strategic ideas in a compelling way, and present it to C- and VP-level positions in various companies. • Business development skills—working with senior management, you’ll need to be able to identify new business opportunities, qualify them, and close the deal. • Must be able to travel up to 25%. • Must be a quick-study and have an appetite for continually learning new industries and processes. • Must possess creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a sound business acumen. • Must have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude when working with clients. While Ntara offers well-documented professional services, clients often need custom solutions for their unique problems. You should be comfortable exploring, documenting, and selling innovative approaches alongside our established offerings.
