📋 Description

• Lead and manage a global account, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including Procurement and R&D teams, across the customer's global organization. • Deeply understand customer needs, requirements, market trends, and sourcing processes. Serve as the internal advocate for the customer within Stoneridge. • Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, representing Stoneridge’s interests and ensuring alignment with our strategic direction. • Work closely with internal teams, including Product Management, to understand Stoneridge's offerings and effectively communicate these to the customer. • Develop and execute a comprehensive global account business plan to achieve business objectives. • Address and manage challenging customer requests and escalations with professionalism and efficiency. • Lead contract negotiations and actively participate in the quotation process.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and disciplines. • Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry, with a solid understanding of OEM customers. • Proven ability to build and sustain strategic relationships and lead cross-functional global teams. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and drive results in a global, cross-functional environment. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a high standard of professionalism and ethics. • Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels. • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. • Ability to balance a holistic view with attention to detail, ensuring successful account management and customer satisfaction. • Act as a brand ambassador for Stoneridge, consistently going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
