β’ The Account Director will be tasked with leading and growing digital media business with new and existing CPG clients β’ Employ effective selling strategies to successfully increase revenue across accounts β’ Demonstrates Neptune's proprietary targeting platform, Polaris to advertisers in live in-person meetings β’ Manages relationships and negotiations at all levels of assigned region/accounts β’ Partner with sales counterparts to create client-centric omni campaigns using Neptune's capabilities and resources β’ Secure live meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objectives β’ Build out a robust opportunity pipeline β’ Ability to build recommendations based on data, insights, and financial forecasting models is essential β’ Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting to management
β’ Demonstrated ability with tangible results and references to grow revenue through their own actions over at least three consecutive years β’ +2 years digital media sales experience β’ Experience selling Digital Media and experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred β’ Passionate and driven by new business development and account growth potential β’ High energy self-starter with high-level of personal accountability who takes initiative and acts quickly within fast-paced environment β’ Success in building strong relationships with senior level decision makers β’ Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop tailored solutions for clients β’ Ability to confidently and clearly communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders
