📋 Description

• Invisible Hand is looking for a Strategic Account Director to join our rapidly growing, social impact and culture change agency. • Our team’s mission is to use culture, cause, and live experiences to spin the world forward with great equality and opportunity for all. • We work to build category-defining content and experiences and meaningfully move key business metrics by delivering world-class creative. • This is a highly visible role within the agency that requires an exceedingly organized and strategic mind and excellent client management skills. • You will lead and deliver category-defining projects and campaigns – taking them from initial project plan and timeline to execution. • Responsible for leading the team in how we get the work done, overcoming potential roadblocks, and ensuring top quality service to our clients. • Serve as a client advocate by anticipating needs and reactions to align agency work products with expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of client-facing account management and/or strategy consulting experience in an agency or production house • You’re a strategist who can play an account person or you’re a career account person who is exceptionally gifted in strategic thinking • Some experience leading production is extremely useful but not required • Experience building trusted client relationships • Great presentation skills (both written and oral) • You can hold the pen on a great deck. The team will work on it together, but you know how to make it sing and clean up formatting, etc. • Capable and conversant in all aspects of a creative, strategy and asset production workflow • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise briefs in partnership with stakeholders • Appetite for solving problems, developing effective solutions, and performing in high-velocity, deadline-driven environments • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to closely track project performance and oversee the successful completion of short and long term milestones
