Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with a deep understanding of the Command of the Message (CoM) framework or similar methodologies. β€’ Proven experience in developing and scaling enterprise sales processes globally, with a focus on measurable impact. β€’ Strong expertise in building and executing sales enablement programs that enhance performance across global teams. β€’ Comprehensive understanding of sales operations, processes, and tools to create high-impact enablement strategies. β€’ Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences β€’ Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to assess enablement program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. β€’ Experience in a global role with a distributed workforce is highly desirable.
