β’ 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with a deep understanding of the Command of the Message (CoM) framework or similar methodologies. β’ Proven experience in developing and scaling enterprise sales processes globally, with a focus on measurable impact. β’ Strong expertise in building and executing sales enablement programs that enhance performance across global teams. β’ Comprehensive understanding of sales operations, processes, and tools to create high-impact enablement strategies. β’ Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences β’ Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to assess enablement program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. β’ Experience in a global role with a distributed workforce is highly desirable.
