Description

• Manage and grow customer relationships while exploring new business opportunities • Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure successful product adoption • Work closely with Account Management Team Lead, Sales Manager, and VP of Customer Success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) • 5+ years in a closing role as an AE, CSM and/or AM • Proven experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and customer retention goals • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, etc) • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse book of business • Results-driven and customer-centric mindset • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or related technologies is advantageous • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
