Description

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities. • Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure successful product adoption. • Work closely with Account Management Team Lead, Sales Manager and VP of Customer Success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Proven experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry. • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and customer retention goals. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, etc). • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse book of business. • Results-driven and customer-centric mindset. • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or related technologies is advantageous. • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
