Description

β€’ Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities. β€’ Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure successful product adoption. β€’ Work closely with Account Management Team Lead, Sales Manager and VP of Customer Success.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). β€’ Proven experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry. β€’ Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and customer retention goals. β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. β€’ Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, etc). β€’ Ability to work independently and manage a diverse book of business. β€’ Results-driven and customer-centric mindset. β€’ Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or related technologies is advantageous. β€’ Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
