📋 Description

• Align Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to maximize revenue and customer retention. • Ensure lead attribution, pipeline visibility, and campaign reporting are accurate and drive real business outcomes. • Own forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue insights to drive decision-making. • Design and optimize commission and bonus plans across Sales and CS. • Own HubSpot CRM strategy and ensure seamless integration across GTM teams. • Streamline lead handoffs, deal flow, and account transitions for a frictionless customer experience. • Operate at both strategic and tactical levels—jumping in to troubleshoot CRM issues, analyze performance data, or fine-tune workflows as needed. • Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth, fast-moving startup. • Strong HubSpot CRM knowledge—from setup and automation to reporting and integrations. • Experience designing and managing compensation models for Sales and CS teams. • Deep understanding of revenue operations within a digital marketing services or SaaS company (preferred). • Marketing Ops experience—understanding lead attribution, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. • Strong analytical skills—you love digging into numbers to drive strategy. • A player/coach mindset—you’re comfortable both setting strategy and executing tactically. • Clear, concise communication and a highly cross-functional approach.
