β€’ Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. β€’ Collaborate with the data analytics and finance teams on strategic projects to support growth initiatives and revenue forecasting. β€’ Develop and define organizational KPIs and sales and marketing funnel metrics to set goals while managing cross-functional reporting and analytics β€’ Partner in planning processes and own our Sales / GTM revenue forecasting β€’ Own the models around and recommendations for AE / SDR productivity, team planning, compensation plans, quota setting, and territory design β€’ Ensure data accuracy, data hygiene, and data enrichment across lead scoring, routing, pipeline attribution, and more. β€’ Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights. β€’ Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives. β€’ Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and engagement rules β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new features within HubSpot to continuously improve revenue operations processes. β€’ Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and HubSpot representatives to leverage additional resources and expertise as needed.

Requirements

β€’ 4-5 years of experience supporting pre and post-sales environments and in revenue operations role β€’ Experience working with Gainsight, ideally as an administrator β€’ Experience working with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Experience working closely with data analytics and finance teams to align on revenue and growth strategies. β€’ Experience managing and optimizing CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.) β€’ Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills from ICs to Senior Leadership β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and a strong bias for action
