• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 6 plus years’ experience accepted in lieu of degree • 3+ years professional Operations, Client Services, Account Management and/or Sales experience • Demonstrated ability in customer service and problem resolution • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
