📋 Description

• Lead efforts in maintaining and enhancing clients’ relationships with HR service skills • Act as a liaison between different internal business partners and Resourcing Edge clients • Meet or exceed the company’s performance goals in quality, client retention, and productivity • Maintain standard operating procedures and update training materials • Conduct new client orientations and demos of web/software products for prospective clients • Provide training on RE’s services, processes, payroll systems, and employee benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 6 plus years’ experience accepted in lieu of degree • 3+ years professional Operations, Client Services, Account Management and/or Sales experience • Demonstrated ability in customer service and problem resolution • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
