β’ Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. β’ OneImaging is solving this with a concierges approach. β’ As VP of Finance, responsible for building and optimizing financial infrastructure to support growth. β’ This role requires a strategic finance thinker and operator to ensure financial clarity, operational efficiency, and investor readiness.
π― Requirements
β’ Previous experience as a VP of Finance or similar role, preferably in a high-growth, early-stage (series A/B) company. β’ Deep understanding of insurance and financial services, ideal background in digital health, insurance, or fintech (is preferred, but not required). β’ Understanding of venture capital dynamics, financial diligence, and growth-stage funding needs. β’ Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and debt covenants. β’ Experience building and overseeing accounting functions and scaling financial infrastructure. β’ Experienced in AR optimization, collections strategy, financial processes, budget controls, and financial tracking systems.
