• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth within the accessibility practice. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including digital accessibility and compliance solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their accessibility needs and offer tailored solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and solutions that meet client needs. • Keep current with the latest trends and regulations in the accessibility space, including ADA, WCAG, and other related compliance standards. • Conduct outreach to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. • Prepare and negotiate contracts and service agreements. • Promote Onward as a leader in digital accessibility, showcasing our commitment to inclusivity and our efforts to create accessible digital products and services. • Engage with the digital accessibility community through participation in conferences, meetups, and online forums. • Build relationships with accessibility advocates, organizations, and influencers to expand our network and reach. • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital accessibility. • Provide training and resources to hiring managers and interviewers to ensure they understand the importance of accessibility and can evaluate candidates effectively. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals. • Act as a primary point of contact with clients. • Complete quality check calls to client to ensure satisfaction with placed candidate. • Data entry into ATS including but not limited to job entry, placement entry. • Schedule interviews with client, debrief with client after candidate interview. • Manage the offer process with client. • Consistently demonstrate Onward core values, both internally and externally.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a sales role selling digital accessibility solutions specifically • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 compliance. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a business development role. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively. • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects , with the ability to manage all aspects of a project from start to completion. • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Bachelor’s degree.
