Description

• We are looking for an experienced salesperson to lead initial meetings with potential clients, guiding them on the legal services available at our firm. • Ideal applicants will bring strong sales experience and skills, coupled with a willingness to learn and accept feedback. • Prior experience in a law firm is advantageous but not mandatory. • Responsibilities include initial client contact, client screening, lead conversion, case information gathering, follow-up, scheduling, sales goals, CRM management, and collaboration with attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales position, ideally selling legal products and services are preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, JD degrees welcome but not required. • A proven track record using a collaborative sales approach. • Knowledge of the legal industry and criminal defense law will be considered a strong plus. • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required. • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
