Description

• Our Patient Engagement teams partner with pharmaceutical, biotech companies and their patients to infuse the patient experience into company programming and communications. • Our Assistant Account Managers support Account Managers and Patient Relationship Management (PRM) teams on day-to-day business and deliverables related to Patient Engagement Programs. • This includes setting-up internal and external meetings for assigned brands, conducting status meetings, internal project workflow and management of Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) processes as needed. • They handle supporting the team with the coordination and management of all patient and caregiver travel associated with client specific programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, biology, life sciences, or related field • Several years of project or account management experience including comprehensive knowledge of patient engagement or advocacy project types • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing challenges, issues, and priorities with the ability to delegate and set clear expectations • Proficiency in MS365 including Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, and Team; experience with Cvent and Concur is a plus • Proven track record of successfully working with pharma clients or working in a fast-paced agency environment • Ability to apply passion and empathy when working with patients and caregivers • Ability to work both independently and in a team structure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Adept problem solving and decision-making skills • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Excellent listening and presentation abilities • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with Account Managers, PRMs, the Patient Engagers (as needed), and internal cross functional team members
